Welcome to Get a WAECO and thank you for shopping with us. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website GetaWAECO.com and the purchase of any goods from it. Walk in Retail Outlet hours of operation: 10am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 3pm on Friday. We recommend contacting us via telephone prior to attendance to confirm stock availability and that the outlet is open for trading, as stock levels can vary and we cannot guarantee every product will be available.

Should you object to any of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue using this website.

You can request that Veda or Dun and Bradstreet not use your information for the purposes of prescreening of direct marketing by another credit provider. You can also request Veda or Dun and Bradstreet not use or disclose credit reporting information about you, if you believe on reasonable grounds that you have been, or are likely to be, a victim of fraud.

GetaWAECO.com provides absolutely the best possible security to make every transaction as safe as possible when dealing with credit cards.

We deal directly with the National Australia Bank and their National Secure Internet Payment Service. All information is secured using the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which means that all your credit card and personal details are encrypted when transmitted over the Internet. Product Information

Prices of goods, services, delivery and other charges displayed on the GetaWAECO.com website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other contents of this website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

Orders

Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and Dometic Australia is satisfied with the integrity of the order. All prices listed on the GetaWAECO website are in Australian dollars and include 10% G.S.T. Please be aware we do not ship internationally and cannot accept international orders. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms & Conditions herein, Dometic Australia is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right not to provide goods or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms & Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

Cancellation by you

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on 1800 212121. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our Terms & Conditions relating to Returns & Refunds.

Delivery

We deliver products Australia wide via TNT Express. We do not ship internationally. Goods are despatched from our Australian Warehouse facilities and generally deliveries to Brisbane, Sydney and most major towns and cities in N.S.W and QLD will be delivered within One to Three working days. All other cities and country regional areas will take between three to five working days. Please understand Far North Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia, Tasmania and other remote areas may take longer. Please note for public holidays the delivery will increase, as timeframes indicated are business working days (Monday to Friday).** Please Note these times cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that someone is required to be at the nominated delivery address to sign for the delivery of the goods. Deliveries can take place between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Please understand we cannot telephone prior to delivery of goods. Should you not be in attendance at the nominated delivery address a calling card will be left, advising of the attempted delivery. You are then able to contact the number provided to re-organise delivery of the goods.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Should you be at work during the week, please consider the delivery of goods to you at your place of work. We suggest detailing your name and C/- your business address.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Dometic Australia if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. If an item is delivered damaged, please contact Dometic Australia directly on 1800 21 21 21. The product will be exchanged and sent back at our expense.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms & Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms & Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms & Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.

Dometic Australia will only accept an exchange if the product is unrepairable or delivered damaged. Please note there is a 10 day exchange policy from invoice date.

Please contact Dometic Australia directly on 1800 21 21 21. The product will be exchanged and sent back at our expense.

In other cases service agents all around Australia will be available to repair the product within the warranty period. Simply refer to the Dometic Australia service agents list to find your nearest service agent. Bring your defective product there, together with proof of purchase. Your service agent will repair the product as soon as possible and contact you for pick up.

Please note:

The demo / seconds products of Dometic Australia may have slight damages or cosmetic marks, but are all in full working condition. In case of these scratches, marks or slight damage to the body the product cannot be returned. If a product is a reconditioned item please be aware that it is a seconds, has been pre-owned come in under warranty has been fully serviced and is in perfect working order.

Please be aware that we do don't refund if you change your mind after the sale. Any questions or enquiries should be made before you purchase the goods. Exchange or upgrade: We are happy to discuss the option of exchange or upgrade of goods. Decisions will be made at our discretion. Please be aware there is a 10 day exchange policy from invoice date. You will also be required to pay return freight costs.

Release & Indemnity

You agree to waive any and all claims that you now have or may have in the future against Dometic Australia which relate to or are incidental to any transaction.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dometic Australia harmless from and against any and all claims, loss or expense that may be incurred by Dometic Australia which relate to or are incidental to the performance of its duties as described in these Terms & Conditions including all costs of defending itself against a claim by any other person and/or as a result of you taking any action or refraining from taking any action or instituting or defending any action or legal proceeding.

You further agree to indemnify and hold Dometic Australia harmless from any claim made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website, the violation of these Terms & Conditions by you, or the infringement by you, or other users of this website, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Warranty Information

All products carry the Dometic Australia nationwide warranty. Service is available almost anywhere in Australia through service agents. Dometic Australia has the right to replace or repair the product at its discretion. Call Dometic Australia before you return any product. They will direct you as to the quickest solution. The warranty period is detailed in the specific product information for each product. Factory seconds are sold with a limited warranty period. You must include a copy of your proof of purchase when returning for warranty service.
